Return/Exchange Policy

My primary goal is for you to be happy with your purchase and to love your jewelry as much as I loved making it. I put everything I have into making each piece and it is extremely important to me that you are completely satisfied! If you have any concerns with your purchase, the craftsmanship, or it is “just not love”, reach out to me right away and we can make a plan to either return or exchange for store credit. To move forward with a return or exchange, please be sure to: 

• Contact me within 5 days of receiving your item to provide your reason for return. 
• Ship back item within 7 days of delivery. 
• Return jewelry in unworn/new condition and wrap it safely in original packaging. 
• Remember buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. 
For your protection, please ship returned item with an insured, trackable courier and retain your receipt. The Drift Handmade is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
